they are never open went all the way to the shop after a 50 mins drive arrived at 11am and they were closed asked a few of the shops and they explained that they always come in when they like maybe 12 1pm what a waste of time and still no one aswering phone.

I would not recommend to buy clippers or trimmers from them because i bought a clipper and after a month was getting weak ,when i called the shop they told me you have to send it to Wahl company and i did send it to Whal and then they told me we can’t refund you , you have to take it back to the shop which Kazam but the shop didn’t want to refund me or even replace the clipper .... so i threw it
