Customer service was decent, however most of all the quality of the furniture once it arrived was immaculate, would 100% recommend it. I should let you know that it did take some time for the delivery to be made however it was definitely worth the wait.

Went to kays furniture shop today with my family to purchase a dining table set The guy was so rude to me just answering questions so we walked straight out and will go elsewhere. Would not recommend this place to no one. Appaling customer service the way they speak to people Is disgusting!

Very poor service. I ordered bedside tables over 6 weeks ago and was told that delivery would be in the first week of December and now they are not returning my calls. Eventually when somebody did call back they were very rude and aggressive towards me over the phone and said that the bedside table that’s been ordered is different to the one I originally chose to go with my new dresser. They are now unwilling to order me the correct bedside drawer and they are also refusing to exchange my new dresser that I originally bought to go with the bedside drawers. Do not use this business for furniture because their interpersonal services are disgraceful and not professional at all.

This furniture shop sells fake furniture. Very cheap pal furniture. I don't even know how they operate fulling customers. They charge thousands of pounds and claim that the furniture is Italian which I doubt it is. After 2 weeks handles came off!!!!
