  We used Kavara for our loft extension. Kaya was fantastic, getting a really good understanding of our needs and providing beautiful, creative designs for us to choose between. Everything from layout of the room, colour choices, finishes, furniture selection and styling. The whole process was really fun and the finished rooms (bedroom and en suite) are even better than we'd hoped.   We have had a fantastic experience using Kaya’s services for our living room. We live in a newly refurbished home but had no idea where to start when furnishing and decorating it. Kaya has been professional, helpful and generous with her time. She re designed the layout of the room, helped us to pick a theme that worked for us, never pushed us to make a decision or go with something that she felt would work well and the result is incredible. We now look forward to spending time in our living room which is perfect for our family. On top of this, Kaya’s fee is offset by her generosity with passing on both trade discounts and her little black book of trades people to help us - saving us both time and money. We will be using Kaya’s services for our next project and whole heartedly recommend her for anyone who (like us) is overwhelmed by choice and unable to see what can be achieved.   And... sold! After an entire year failing to sell our property, we had Kaya recommended to us by our agent. Our flat wasn't bad, but it missed the final touches and a bit of love. Kaya worked within a small budget and to time, not only styling our place but also coordinating cleaning, removals and a handyman on the day. The flat was left looking fresh, finished and smelling nice. As a consequence we had offers within three weeks and have now sold. The best thing is that we could trust Kaya fully to manage this little project with confidence, as we were 3h driving distance and didn't want the stress.   We have used KaVaRa twice now - that is probably the best endorsement of her work I can give. They were two very different projects, but with each project she gave us exactly what we needed. What was similar about both project was that she listened to us, captured what we wanted and was thoughtful and creative in the outcome. I couldn't be more delighted with both projects! The second room she worked on was a complete "Room of Requirement" - transforming a dumping ground of a bedroom into a calm, gorgeous multi purpose space. Miraculously she managed to fit a long, long hugely varied list of requirements (including tumble dryer, wardrobe space, guest bedroom, space for pet mice, books, Pilates equipment, xbox room to name but a few) and design the room so that select things were on display, but mainly housed in bespoke, brilliantly designed floor to ceiling cupboards. I would not hesitate to use KaVaRa again. Her care and attention, constantly being on hand to make the project work and good eye for detail mean that we have been left with a truly beautiful, liveable space.

  We were recommended to use Kaya's Style to Sell service by our estate agent when selling our house in London, and it was the best piece of advice we ever took. We had never used this type of service when selling previous properties, so we were unsure at first but from our initial meeting with Kaya, we found her to be so friendly and very professional and this really put us at ease. Kaya works within your budget and her ideas completely blew us away. From adding little touches to creating a different and inviting environment in our rooms, resulted in showstopper photos that we could never have imagined. There was some hard work initially in clearing items, but this was worth the effort. When we saw the photos, the result was that our house looked like a show home and consequently we got a good number of viewings, and an offer was made within a few days of it going on the market. We believe that this would have not been possible without Kaya's experience and expertise, and we will always be grateful to her for the wonderful results that she achieved.   My Husband I decided to put our flat onto the market in December last year. Our estate agent reviewed the properties already for sale and suggested we decorate our flat to ensure it stood out from the crowd and didn’t look too vanilla. He suggested using Kaya to help style the flat ahead of any photos going online and we reached out to her. Kaya came out to our flat to talk to us about what we were trying to achieve. We spoke about which areas we wanted to decorate and style and we had an open discussion with her about colours and styles we liked and disliked and our budget (which wasn’t vast) . Kaya had some great ideas early on about what she thought would look best and talked us through the process that she would go through to buy any items that we needed. She also made it clear what we needed to do before she could work her magic (ie which rooms needed to be painted and what colours would look best). We agreed a date when Kaya would come out to style the flat and in the weeks leading up to that, we did the work needed on our end and Kaya started buying any furniture or accessories that she felt we needed. Note: I really appreciated that Kaya chose to use as much of our own furniture/ accessories as she could so she bought only what was really necessary and provided us with all the receipts of what she bought (so we could return anything at a later date). On the day when our photos were being taken by the estate agent, Kaya arrived early with all the furniture and accessories she had bought and got to work styling the flat. She was incredibly friendly to work with and gave clear instructions to us on what needed to go where etc. We worked together right up until the photographer arrived and by the time she was finished, our flat looked 10 times more stylish, contemporary, and spacious than it ever had before. I could not get over the transformation and was incredibly proud of the end result. I am sure that it was only due to Kaya’s input that our flat looked so good and when it went up on the market, we started getting viewings within days…with a sale agreed within 2 months. I never thought of myself as the sort of person whom would use an interior designer however Kaya did such a fantastic job I would genuinely consider using her again in our new home and I now know that she doesn’t cost the earth but her input can be priceless.

  After my partner and I put our flat on the market and received literally zero interest, our new agent introduced us to Kaya and her Style to Sell service. I have to say, we were a little sceptical at first but in the end, we were blown away by the results. Kaya is fun and easy to work with and she made our flat look stylish and inviting. We loved the results and accepted an offer on our flat shortly after. Kaya's help definitely made all the difference and we would highly recommend her.   I highly recommend Kavara home styling. We had been trying to decorate a very large room in our home for a few years but never got around it, then one day I saw Kaya’s services advertised on a facebook group and I thought why not give it a try?. All I can say it was the best decision we have made, from our first call Kaya was lovely, very professional and guided us through the whole process. After discussing our needs, likes she worked with us on design options, colour palettes, different furniture options. The result was amazing, not only the room looks beautiful but is very practical which is exactly what we were looking for. The children also love it and are able to spend much more time there.   If you are in any doubt about paying someone to help you design your home - don’t be! I had always liked the idea of using an interior designer, but had never been able to justify the expense before. For my daughter’s 13th birthday we agreed that she would have her room updated and turned from the child’s bedroom it was to a bedroom which will last her through her teenage years. Not having the time or energy to devote to this project, and being on a tight deadline, I spotted an advert for Kaya online and her service sounded perfect and worth paying for. She spends time getting to know you, what you want and your budget, meaning that the design fits your needs and wants. As she uses high street and internet retailers, the cost is kept down, purchasing is easily completed online and items are sourced from a wide range of retailers meaning you get a great variety of items. Kaya worked tirelessly to meet the timescales, meaning that my daughter’s bedroom was completed and ready for her to sleep in on her 13th birthday. Kaya suggested a design for the room that I would not have considered, found gorgeous furniture which fits in the spaces perfectly and finished it off with great accessories. She was a pleasure to work with at every stage: at the initial meeting she took time to really get to know my daughter and what she wanted, through the design phase she gave 3 options of every item (and on the one or two items that there were problems with she offered further options to make it work in the timescale) and we could not be happier with the final result. In fact, so happy that I have just booked her to come and re-organise another space in our home! What greater recommendation can I make?
