11 weeks and still no delivery from Katz Dance. Terrible customer service and communications. The lady who answered the phone was extremely rude and took no responsibility for the awful service they provide. They had no idea where the order was, and after repeated phone calls, she informed me today that it has been delivered to the dance school already. I had clearly stated my home address on the order form and yet there was no delivery to my home address, but instead I had to ring repeatedly to find out where the order had been sent. They did not bother informing me that the order has been dispatched already and delivered to a different location. The person on the phone took no ownership for this misplacement of the order and simply reiterated that this is how they operate. Just shockingly bad attitude and zero communications. I would not recommend using them at all.
