    There is no option for 0 starts and this one is not deserved at all.... Utterly disgraced by behaviour of their receptionists, site sales man came with no respect to the requirement in the matter "I do this job for ages" which resulted doors opening on completely wrong side... Obviously denied by the "expert" and bullied by the receptionists.... AVOID

    Disgraceful company, have 3 of their bifold doors installed and none close properly. First door wouldn't close day after installation, took 5 months and threat of legal action to get replacement parts for it. 2nd and 3rd doors now won’t close properly and the second has dropped so it also won’t open properly either.. Trying to get Private engineer To fix the mess. Wouldn’t recommend them to manufacture a cat flap let alone high spec costly doors. Sorry I had anything to do with company..

    I commissioned the installation of a Kat UK aluminium patio door in March 2017 - the door was faulty in that it distorted in warm sunlight making it difficult to close. Bad enough you might think but that was nothing compared to the runaround this company gave me once I raised the problem with them. What followed was 18 months of a charade that Monty Python scriptwriters couldn’t have invented: service managers refusing to return calls, letters to the chairman David Richards, promises of replacement doors not kept, visits to the factory to be offered replacements which weren’t delivered on, numerous dates sat at home waiting for doors that didn’t arrive, excuse after excuse. Only when threatened with legal action did David Richards start to make things happen. A replacement door was commissioned and eventually delivered but was actually 10cm too small in height ( measured by Kat UK). A further replacement was offered but never delivered on as the company informed me they were seizing aluminium production due to financial difficulties. The final insult was the company offering to provide me with the ‘too small’ door as ‘a goodwill gesture’. You really couldn’t make this up ! A one star review gives them credit they don’t deserve. My advice: find another company to give your money to.
