Our experience was a disaster. For a simple breakfast order, we ended up waiting over 45 minutes for our food to arrive. When the order finally did arrive, it was completely wrong with multiple missing items. The front of house staff were absolutely miserable. They seemed indifferent to the customers and lacked any sense of concern. The food was average at best. Not good value. A prime example of how not to run a food establishment. From the excessively long wait time to the incorrect and missing order, topped off with a staff that couldn't care less. The food itself was nothing more than mediocre, failing to redeem the numerous shortcomings. Save yourself the trouble and steer clear of this place. There are plenty of other restaurants out there that can provide a much better breakfast experience.

i had posted a review a couple weeks ago, however I revisited katsouris and NEED to give it 5*!!!! I had originally said it was a little overpriced, but now having had the half ciabatta for £6, it was well worth it, the sandwich was wildly DELICIOUS!!!! i couldnt say enough nicer things about the sandwich (BARCELONA CIABATTA (BEST EVER)) ALSO!!!!!! I spoke to a lovely curly haired girl behind the counter about the cannolis (i hope my spellings right) she recommended some flavours and i bought them (£1.95 for 3 cannolis???yes please VERY affordable) and they were SO NICE SO VERY VERY NICE!!!!!! honestly, general public, listen to me!!!!! KATSOURIS IS THE ONE!!!!!

Staff were exceptional and friendly. The place is well frequented which th me is a good sign. Its food is well presented but not over fussy .lots of construction workers use the place so you know it's a good mix of quality and value .So far I have had a small breakfast and a bacon sandwich both of which I enjoyed.I will return soon.
