She is very knowledgeable and an inspiration to people who may be new to exercising or have been exercising for some time. She has a lovely, warm enthusiastic personality, while encouraging you to get the best out of yourself. I want to thank you Hannah for all the hard work and commitment that you have put into your wonderful energetic fun classes. You have certainly made this Septuagenarian happy to get up each morning over the last couple of months and move around my kitchen to great music and routines! I ‘ve always loved your group classes at Gurnard Pines but you are equally as motivating doing classes from you sitting room! So a great big THANK YOU!

    Really enjoyable and effective classes. I’ve been attending Hannah’s dance classes for several years. They are great fun and are an excellent workout. Her routines are varied for all tastes and changed every 8 weeks so enough time to be really confident and enjoy the dances fully without getting stale before next routines. Variety of music and styles of dance. Routines are simple but effective cardio with some toning. Would recommend these classes to anybody who enjoys dance or someone who wants an enjoyable way to get fit. Hannah is great fun and mood boosting. I smile all through the classes and look forward to each class. I’ve also been doing Pilates classes. Hannah is very thorough and explains the exercises well. I had some lessons in a studio and now twice weekly on zoom since lockdown. Hannah is very conscientious. Pilates is also fun. Would also recommend her classes widely. She has adapted her classes to on line expertly and without losing the enjoyment.

    If you have tried online fitness and not thought much of it, then you haven't tried Katsi. Hannah is just amazing. She has so much energy and enthusiasm its difficult to not be infected!!! I know her from my gym where I attended a few of her classes, from her own dance fitness, to Les Mills Body step and Les Mills Barre. I'm not a young man, but she is able to work with all ages and install confidence to push yourself further, whilst making sure you remain safe. Just do it, You will not regret it. Brian

    Hannah’s online classes have been a godsend during this lockdown period. I’m doing Pilates and Dance Aerobics and Hannah brings the same professionalism and cheer to both. A great instructor who really takes the time to explain the moves and positions and listens to the needs of those she is teaching.
