I have been seeing Kate for electrolysis for almost two years and you honestly will not find someone better. She is highly professional with extensive skills, knowledge and passion for her work. I’m embarrassed to say I have changed my appointments so regularly that I expected Kate to be frustrated with me, but she has flexibility/willingness to ensure I was able to attend sessions with my difficult schedule and with her kind no hassle attitude. I have been seeing Kate regularly for electrolysis for approx 18 months although had a break post pregnancy and covid. Kate is an expert in electrolysis and as she is a member of the institute of electrolysis I know that I’m in expert professional hands. Kate is so empathetic and has such a passion for what she does. She is such a warm person that I felt instantly at ease with her and has done everything possible to make the experience more comfortable for me, particularly during pregnancy where I had a nice warmer and blanket at the ready for when I arrived. I travel 45 mins each way to see her, there are some closer to home but I prefer to travel further to be able to have Kate treat me. I would highly recommend.

I began visiting a Katie in April, I’ve had electrolysis before but never continued due to the pain and visible marks on my face. Katie is warm and welcoming and discussed with me the plan and different methods that would be used. I have to say although still not totally pain free the advice to purchase numbing cream has been a game changer. After 6 months my problem areas have now gone, a few hairs just needing the occasional top up but the structure of the hair is now fine and less dark. I have now begun having eyebrows treated. I would highly recommend Katie, the location is easy and nice that it is in a residential setting with onsite parking, so no walking through shops with a slightly red face.

Katie is truly amazing - I have had electrolysis in several other salons with poor results but after a course with Katie the results are fantastic ! Katie is very warm , kind and highly professional . I have also had waxing and an eyebrow tint -again super results and am looking forward to my pedicure . All treatments have been carried out in lovely surroundings . I cannot recommend her highly enough . If you have a problem with unwanted hair please visit Katie , you will not be disappointed .
