Katie's approach to reflexology couldn't be more perfect for me. I feel in such safe hands. She's so knowledgable about the technique and she has a very reassuring and calming aura. I absolutely love our sessions and since seeing Katie I have been feeling less anxious, sleeping better and getting less headaches which has made a huge difference to my life! Her reflexology room is a lovely warm and cosy space. Whether you have a specific issue you're dealing with or just fancy a bit of R&R I couldn't recommend seeing Katie more.

Our 11 year old daughter had been struggling to get to sleep when someone recommended Katie to us for reflexology. Katie was wonderful with her and made her feel really special, creating a safe, warm environment for her to relax. As parents we felt she was in good hands and she really looked forward to the sessions each week. After a few sessions with Katie we started to notice that she was falling asleep much earlier and was able to switch off more easily. Her night time waking improved too and she generally seemed to be more relaxed and at ease. Aside from sleep, we have noticed that she is generally calmer and able to rationalise things better. We are very grateful to Katie for helping us. In this busy world our children are bombarded at times from all directions and this time out each week was immensely helpful and has had a really positive impact for her at home and at school.
