Been going to Katie and Lee’s for sometime now and would highly recommend. All the nail technicians do a fantastic job, if I show them a picture of what I want there able to do exactly that. Never go any where else !!! I live about half an hour away and would always go here for my nails!! They are so professional and will talk you through what they are doing. I always feel so relaxed when I’m getting my nails done and feel very welcome as I enter their establishment. The team always welcome you and when you are booked in for a certain time you get seen at that time !!! Where I live there are so many nail establishments but would always travel the distance to Katie and lee’s !!!! Would 110% recommend !! Service: Nail extensions

I was a new customer and had only been to few appointments in this saloon. I was late by 10 min for my last appointment, for which I of course I apologised, however I still got my nails done. However, when I tried to book my next appointment just before Christmas (a week in advance), the owner Lee kept ignoring my messages and when I called to book an appointment on the phone, he would just tell me, please message me on instagram as we are busy and I will get back to you. After several calls and messages and a week later, nothing happened. Very unprofessional behaviour and having read another comment of someone who was late once for their appointment, I am just shocked, as I am certain he didn't book an appointment for this exact reason. Unless you can guaratnee you are never going to be late for your appointment, I don't recommend this saloon. There are plenty of saloons in Brentwood, who are professional and nice. Service: Gel manicures
