Shoes arrived dirty (as per pic).I emailed Felicity who said I had been sent display shoes unknowingly and that I could pay the display price. I explained I was not happy, felt duped and would expect some kind of goodwill for their mix up. There was some back and forth on this, and I was told I can use a discount code on my next order with the store. I explained this was presumptuous on their part and did not think spending more money was a goodwill gesture. They did finally agree to a discount on the shoes, but this would not have been the case had I not raised the issue and advocated for myself.I Understand they made a mistake, but do not think the aftermath was handled well.

Lovely store! Nice to see lots of star designs on their products. Katie&Jo stock some nice brands (Sundry) that are not in many high-street stores. I bought a gorgeous item the other day and it was very reasonably priced. If you are in the area, I would recommend having a look round!
