I have no hesitation in recommending Kathryn as a funeral celebrant. Carrie at A Natural Undertaking recommended Kath as a celebrant for the funeral of my dear husband Tim. He died unexpectedly in a snorkelling accident on holiday. I was a bit anxious that we wouldn’t be able to convey to her adequately what a smashing chap Tim was, but my eldest son and I spent a lovely hour with her in our home talking about Tim, laughing quite a bit of the time over silly daft memories. At the end Kath said she thought she “had enough to go on!” She is warm, intuitive, empathetic, has wonderful listening skills and I had absolute confidence that she would pull things together to give Tim a lovely funeral, and she did. I was so touched afterwards by the number of people who contacted me to say what a beautiful funeral it had been. Thank you Kath.

I couldn't more highly recommend Kath as a celebrant. After losing our Mom in May this year, Kath was the celebrant for her funeral. Kath is experienced and knows the times and details of local crematoriums and funeral directors, so we had less to worry about, and knew what time we would have from the outset. Kath went to every effort to get to know our Mom through photos, stories and anecdotes,and spent a couple of hours with us talking about our mom's life. At the service, Kath was so gentle, kind and a reassuring presence. I was amazed in the service of how brilliantly Kath captured my Mom's personality and everything she held dear. Kath injected my mom's humour, love and the sadness of her short illness and the huge loss we all felt beautifully. Kath was really flexible when we wanted to change parts of the service, or when we realised we had forgotten to mention certain family members. I felt so much support and understanding from Kath of what grieving families are going through, and how t be supportive, practical and helpful. I will always be grateful we were able to give our mom a send off that reflected everything she was so well.

We chose Kath to be the celebrant at our Dad's funeral & she did a wonderful job helping us to put together the eulogy. She listened to our stories & memories of Dad & wove them together with great care & sensitivity. She managed to capture Dad's personality & the service was a real reflection of him, & full of humour despite the sadness. Dad would've loved it! When we had to arrange my uncle's funeral 18 months later we booked Kath again as we knew she'd do an equally brilliant job with putting together the eulogy etc & we weren't disappointed, she helped us make the service a real celebration of his life.

Where do I start without sounding!!!!!! My Mother recently had her funeral and I was extremely lucky in asking Kathryn to become our Celebrant for her. I asked Kathryn to come and meet my mom before my mom passed away, to speak too, and understand my moms love and life experiences. This was done purely on the back of me seeing Kathryn on a google search for a local Celebrant. Kathryn's choice of location for her online video sold it to me straight away. It fitted my mother perfectly as mom was a massive lover of being outdoors and living life to the full. Kathryn had an attention to detail when keeping in touch with us, even adding ideas to add a polish to moms funeral service and our vision of the day. On the day all our plans and visions went not only as good as I hoped, but even better!! Kathryn's idea of everyone putting a Daffodil on my moms coffin during the song "fields of gold" was truly amazing 👏. Everyone attending was truly taken by Katryns service and approach. We even had a Vicor who is a friend of ours attend the service say "that was the best Celebrant service I have ever attended!" 🙏 😇 Thankyou Kathryn. 💕
