We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. If clients fail to provide this notice or do not show up for their appointment, they will be charged 50% of the cost of the massage. Early December, my husband and I went in for a couples massage with Emilio and Kamila, and we had the most relaxing time. They both were very friendly and hospitable. We both fell asleep during the massage because it was so good. Looking forward to coming back again to Katherine Body care.

Worst experience for three reasons : 1. I had specifically chosen a female massage therapist . I booked an early morning slot just for that . And they changed the therapist last minute without even informing me . Got to know when i reached there by travelling for like 8 miles !! 2. When I went to the venue , there was only 1 person available , who then had to lock the main doors of the venue before starting the treatment because there was no one else to sit at the reception. Why do they even need to take such early appointments if they dont have staff ?? 3. When I had to make the payment , the card machine seemed to be not working and hence the therapist asked for cash/ bank transfer ? I did that but again seemed very weird. I won't book any treatment there again ever !!

I've been a few times for a sports massage with Kathy, and her massage has been effective every time. I had been having recurrent stabbing pains in my muscles and ligaments, and my GP referred me for physio, which was both ineffective and irrelevant to the pain I had been experiencing. Kathy listened to my concerns and applied an effective massage. Kathy had healed my pain in only 2 massage sessions. I do workouts with heavy weights so Kathy's massages are great for re-balancing, re-aligning and strengthening after a workout. I wouldn't bother going to anyone else as Kathy has been the only person able to rid me of my pain. I would highly recommend Kathy as a sports masseuse; you will see fast results so you won't regret the visit.
