Like a lot of people i had never heard of kinesiology, then in October of 2022 it was bought to my attention. So I started to do my own research and I liked what I read. I searched my local area and I came across Kate. I decided to give her a ring to find out a bit more and she immediately put me at ease. After the call, I instantly knew she was the right person. I had suffered for years with spine pain as from neck to the bottom of my back as well as pain down the whole left side of my body. I also explained to hear that I was awaiting an operation after getting diagnosed with a perferated jaw. With this issue I couldn't eat, or sleep because of the horrendous face, head, neck and shoulder pain. Kate listened to me at my first session earlier this year, and then she began her magic. I have never felt so well, happy and relaxed. All the pain has all gone in my muscles in my upper back (and they have never been relaxed in over ten years ) I have had 5 treatments with her and all I say is Wow. She is a wonderful lady who really wants to help you to be healthy and well. Don't be afraid to give her a call, I'm so glad I did. This delightfully caring lady, with a beautiful nature, is someone I highly recommend. Working with Kate has been amazing, I had 1 session with her face to face and the rest were online. Even though I was skeptical how it would work over zoom, it was a powerful experience and one that I would recommend to others. Kate works in a holistic and compassionate way and is able to take what you bring and delve into past trauma, patterns of behaviour and beliefs (sometimes from generations past) in order to help you to heal and work with your body and mind so that they are balanced. I was able to get clarity, reassurance, awareness and guidance on my past experiences and how this has effected me physically, emotionally and spiritually.

I think kinesiology is brilliant,so simple, effective and fast. We are very thankful to Kate. I knew kinesiology prior Kate's and its power but this was a new level for us. We suffered from unexplained infertility and had many failed IUI and IVF treatments. It was very long journey and I was totally at my bottom but just after one session I felt so much better. After couple of sessions I got pregnant on my coming cycle and I am 12weeks now. Kinesiology helped me truly relax and find my peace again which during infertility is impossible.
