    I cannot recommend Kate Kerr’s clinic highly enough. From the wonderful reception staff through to my fantastic facialist, every experience is both pampering but also incredibly effective. I went to the clinic after suffering with acne throughout my teenage years and now into adulthood. After only a few months my skin has never looked or felt better. If you are suffering with problem skin, or are simply after an indulgent and effective facial, then make Kate Kerr top of your list.

    Very unhappy with my experience at Kate Kerr London. I had a facial with Kate in March and since my facial and her doing extractions on my nose, I have lots of swelling, a bump and difficulty breathing on the right side of my nose. I had a rhinoplasty several years ago and I have never had issues breathing before or after the surgery and have been very happy with my nose for several years now During the facial, when I pulled away, she acknowledged that people who have rhinoplasties seem to remain sensitive to pressure but that didn’t deter her from continuing to do extractions on my nose with the same amount of pressure. An esthetician should not be applying so much pressure to cause injury to the nose Since it’s been several months it seems unlikely that my nose will heal back to the way it was. Its very upsetting that a facial has damaged my nose and breathing When I contacted Kate after she did offer for me to see a cosmetic doctor. However, he wasn’t a current rhinoplasty surgeon or ENT so there was no point. Edit: After posting this review, I received an email from Kate asking me to take down my review and saying that my symptoms are not attributed to the facial. I have zero incentive to lie about what I’m experiencing or what happened and I have never written a review prior. I think it is insensitive and bad business practice for a business owner to act accordingly
