I started mediation classes with Kate only in October 2019; when I got diagnosed with cancer. It gave me peace and calm. While recovering, Kate came to see me privately and helped me with reiki. It’s amazing what impact it has had on the healing of my body and mind. Mediation has become a part of my life. I observe how powerful the mind is and that we can train our minds on being positive. I love Kate’s mediation retreats as well as her mindfulness course. Mediation has a proven impact on the immune system as well as on our mental calm. My cancer surgeon was intrigued and fascinated by my progress. Kate is an amazing mentor, an appreciating and empathetic listener, she has a clear plan for one’s individual needs.
