I own Butterworth interiors and use Kate for all of my clients. She is honest meticulous and her work is outstanding. I have ran my business for over 20 years and over that time have dealt with a wide range of clients. Unfortunately your can come across a client that no matter what you do their only intent is to create issues to avoid paying the agreed price. The unjust review below is not only damaging completely untrue but also hurtful to Kate and potentially her business. These people should be ashamed of themselves and I hope karma pays then a visit! Myself and all of my clients highly recommend Kate and I am personally more than happy to show examples of her work and provide references.

Leaving this review because despite your commenting to the contrary, you are dishonest. Snapped off the connection to the back of the TV and acted the victim when confronted about it. Had every opportunity to come clean and chose to double down. Noone had access to the back of the TV other than those installing the curtains. Rather than unplugging the cable, they simply pushed the ladder against it, snapping the connection off. We will pay for this. The quality of the work was below average, probably because they rushed to get out after being confronted with the damage they caused. But maybe we're biased because they damaged our property.

I am absolutely delighted with the two sets of curtains that Kate and Stuart recently fitted in our house. Their customer service was excellent; Kate guided and gently led me through some of the options for a wave curtain to cover our bifolds in winter time, having looked at photos of the style of house. She was also really helpful in guiding me through the options for voiles in the front room. Stuart was incredibly patient and helpful as my hubby and I tried to come to an agreed solution to the way in which our curtains could be put up. The curtains were completed in a very good time and installed promptly. Not being very well up in the mechanics of a wave curtain, I was a tad fussy about the draw of the voiles; Stuart kindly adjusted ... and then even more kindly came back to adjust again when I realised that I was wrong.! I would recommend Kate and Stuart's work without hesitation.
