Beware, don't use this company. Ordered a fox trap and it was very poor quality. A fox tore it apart like cardboard. Returned it and they will not reply to email or phone calls. Filed a report with trading standards and the credit card company. You have been warned.

I so wish I had checked reviews before ordering from Katch-It! I placed an order for trap accessories 5 weeks ago, got an auto order confirmation, then nothing at all. Tried emailing them twice, left messages 3 times on their website's Contact Us page, tried phoning multiple times. No reply. Not a tweet!

They have taken my money and sent an email stating 'order in process' then nothing. emails not retirned ,phone calls go unanswered. Be warned they are taking your money but not coming up with the goods. They should be investigated.

BE WARNED! This company appears to have closed down but the website is still active and accepting orders. I placed an order at end of March, money taken immediately from my credit card, but goods have not been received. I have telephoned - always goes to answerphone - and left messages and emailed but no response at all.

This Business appears to have ceased trading. I ordered some traps from them over a month ago and received an automated e-mail confirmation of order and since then, nothing. I have rung them almost every day (straight to answerphone) and e-mailed them numerous times (no reply). Before ordering anything from this website I suggest that you try to ring them first. The response you get from the answering machine is the only contact you'll ever have with them after they've got your money (in my experience).
