DISHONEST! Completely impossible to cancel an auto-renewal. They intentionally made it impossible to cancel it. They are still taking my money out of my credit card without my consent for a renewal for antivirus in my old laptop that is no more used. I tried to contact them, but extremely difficult to get hold of them. No 24/7 line.

I have purchased this on behalf of my friend and installed it. Initially I cancelled automatic renewal and installed another version of anti virus protection from Kaspersky itself. But they charged for automatic renewal and sent her the invoice despite the " automatic renewal cancellation. It is very tricky for ordinary people with less knowledge with installation process to go and cancel the the automatic renewal as the process is not straight forward. the AUTOMATIC RENEWAL system is an absolute fraud. Not even deserved for1 star.

An automatic renewal without an approval from the customer is called fraud. Just because you have the bank or card details doesn't warrant your organisation to be taking money from people's account without their consent. People should be careful with all these companies hiding behind computer while milking and manipulating in the name of 30 days cancellation. Don't apply force on people to buy your products because you have their card details. Fraud Fraud Fraud!!!!!!

Under the Consumer Rights Act (2015) my right to the product starts from the date I received the setup file. It was working as expected until Kaspersky cancelled my perfectly valid key and refunded the purchase. Kaspersky has then doubled the price online. In line with my rights under the act I requested the same product at the same price via customer service's telephone line where I was left on hold indefinitely while call charges racked up. I'll buy from someone else instead. These guys are a bunch of scammers
