    Went for the first time the other night. Was a little disappointed, wasn’t as good as it looks. The ice cream was ok, nothing special and not the cheapest. Went to the toilets, there was wee on the seat, no toilet role or soap. So went to the next toilet and the seat was clean but no toilet role or soap again. If the toilets are this bad it worried me what the kitchens are like.

    You may be better off getting the ingredients and making it yourself. Service is very very slow. Not the fault of the staff entirely. They need more staff. Expect to wait 30-40 min WC were out of service too.

    My family and I visited here at 6pm on a Friday night. It was very quiet and so service was quick ish The desserts were delicious however very over priced and especially so considering the restaurant doesn't offer table service. We spent £38 on 4 desserts (not including drinks) They seemed very over staffed, the 6 of the staff on duty seemed to be just standing around chatting. They brought the desserts over one by one , with a good 5 minutes between each desert, the kids weren't impressed as the adults got theirs first. We won't be rushing to go back anytime soon
