Came here for dinner on the 24th May with my partner, the service wasn’t great while we were eating but truly was awful when it came to pay the bill, at first the older man working pulled my card out too fast and it declined, I said politely to try it again and it went through. He refused to accept this despite the receipt clearly saying authorised, he stood blocking me into the booth asking for another method of payment, even though I had already paid. He then made me open my banking bank to prove that the payment went through (which it had) at one point he even said I should leave my passport there. The food was okay but I was absolutely disgusted and furious at how we were treated I felt intimidated. This treatment of customers is embarrassing.
