Terrible experience and service. Colleague responsible for managing Kaseya died, and Kaseya failed to give anyone else access despite promising to do so, and seemingly lying to us about the system being in use. Promised to freeze bills until it was sorted out, then cut off all contact and passed overdue bills on to debt collectors with no notice. Classic case of a big company bullying a small company. Avoid.
