Nice, cute store very close to Harrods. Hardly had new products; you’d rather be offered the floor model. Lots of staff for such small store and they all seemed confused or new about what is available, where things are, prices, etc. Not genuinely friendly. Tense atmosphere. Just love the Kartell products; don’t care for this location.
