Absolutely shocking service, sent out a engineer to recover a car, apparently couldn’t get the car started with a jump starter so advised a crane with a flat bed at the extra cost of £200 (I already pay for breakdown recovery). A neighbour later came out and jump started the car, the car still needed recovery due to gear box fault. Kartec then refused to come back……… STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY

My breakdown cover provider used this company to tow me off the m25 on Sunday night. The service I received was 5 stars, the guy that they sent arrived in good time. The van was loaded onto the truck and we were safely on our way back to Coventry in no time at all. Can't thank the driver enough for his time and effort in getting me back home.

Bosses of Kartec: whatever you’re paying Kieran, double it! Our car broke down on the M1 yesterday 150 miles from home on our return journey from holiday. Our insurance organised a recovery service due to the car being unfixable. The first recovery vehicle (different company) took us from Watford Gap to South Mimms services where we were met by Kieran who did the rest of the journey with us. Honestly, after such a stressful day we couldn’t have had anyone nicer. Such a lovely, professional young lad. He arrived promptly, and we chatted the whole way to Canterbury. He drove carefully and made a horrible day much more bearable. Bravo, and thank you! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
