Really poor service, we paid for a decent carpet when layed had a faulty, they changed it and now the other carpet is faulty too ,the management didn't want to do anything about it we are waiting for someone to come and assess the situation but we don't hold out much hope avoid at all cost

We have had the whole house done by carpet kingdom. So what does that say to you ?? The selection of the carpets , laminates and woods they have is huge. I'm afraid it won't be a five minute job for you , because of the selection and the options they offer . Also , if you have a NHS Blue Light card , you'll get a discount . Have fun getting Your next carpet and a massive thumbs up from us !!

Great service. We only went here as we wanted to go to the butchers next door. We had great service right from the start. We gave our measurements to the lady who I think was called louse and once we had found a carpet she gave us a quote When the man came out to measure his quote almost the same as the first one that Louise had given us Carpet was fitted and the carpet fitter told us that the underlay we had was in great condition. So we got a refund on the quote would definitively use them again
