Disappointed Chose two carpets They fitted different carpets to what was ordered and paid for and admitted most people wouldn’t notice when I complained that both where not what was ordered Fitter chipped door frames and corners of skirting boards that had just been decorated by a professional When complaining they only offered 200 pounds total cost was over 1200 One carpets has a stain like water mark Offered discount on next purchase But despite needing the rest of the house and a apartment carpeting I will never use them again People be careful you order a nice wool carpet and get cheaper fitted that looks similar

Not really any different to any other carpet shop. They are still in the era of fifty shades of gray and not much else! Take the sq meter price triple it and that is what it costs you on the floor, and you get to clear up all the mess afterwards. The actual carpet fitter wants paying in cash!! Note to HMRC.

We popped into their tiny showroom in Rugby but were pleasantly surprised by their welcoming staff and cheap prices! The customer service was brilliant and the fitters (Alex and Luke) couldn't have done a better job. We've had some disappointing experiences with the big-name carpet places, and nice to know that this family run business can do things far better. Don't go to Tapi, go here, trust me.
