Another pleasant visit to the Banbury store today greeted by Kahn, I wanted to discuss a few options and was a little indecisive but Kahn was very patient, kind and very helpful he worked out a few different options for me and gave me the option to go away and have a think before making a final decision, no pressure just great customer service as always. Sad to see the most recent review towards Kahn as he’s always been so helpful and friendly and he’s the reason I continue to only shop at karpet kingdom for all of my flooring needs, I do suffer from anxiety and find it really hard to enter establishments where I will need to make decisions and have discussions & I worry about being pressured into a purchase but I always feel comfortable entering this store when Kahn is working, he takes his time, provides lots of information and doesn’t add any pressure at all, he’s a great staff member and person & I’ll be returning again to purchase my flooring 😊

The young lad khan on the front desk gave all the speil I’ve got this I’ve got that then wanted the full balance gave half the balance as didn’t have enough set a date for fitting only to be told on the Monday by someone else the carpet isnt in stock went down to shop and asked why I wasn’t told this, the lad started trying to defend the fact he had lied arguing with me about it and getting annoyed at me telling me that’s just how it is and he would have taken all my money still knowing it may not be in stock!! so I asked about getting another carpet at same price or even a good discount for my troubles NO CHANCE , the lad flat refused to take responsibility and offered me £30 getting annoyed at me again for even contemplating such an idea! If you suffer from anxiety or anything like it this is not the place to go the lad will just tell you anything to get a sale and deposit and won’t be friendly when it all goes wrong! Ps they don’t do Black Friday deals either
