This is the 2nd visit for us and lots of recommendations to our friends and family who have also stayed. We had a great weekend different to normal as the hotel arranged a host of experiences for us. We had Yoga and an Equine Therapy day working with horses and a trip to a beautiful village in the Cotswolds, was really different and really rewarding as both my husband and I came away with something more then great food and company. The BBQ evening and live music was a great touch and finished our weekend off perfectly with lots of dad dancing going on. The staff I have to say are the stars of Salford Hall, but the food is always first class and nothing is too much trouble. Fantastic location to travel around and so much to see and do. Highly recommend and look forward to returning very soon. Thank you Adrian, Lizzy, Jack and Elise, for making this a perfect trip and one we will talk about for a long time.

A beautiful hotel, full of character in a stunning setting. What takes this hotel over and above others is the staff. All of them have been so friendly, welcoming, helpful...and above all fun. In my experience a lot of staff in luxury hotels are taught to be polite robots, but here the staff's lovely personalities and senses of humour have shone through. We would like to give a special commendation to Joe Storey, who has looked after us so well and has impressed us so much with his wonderful nature. His personality and relaxing mannerisms made us instantly warm to him and we were both impressed about how genuine and likeable he is. Even though our current circumstances have prevented us from taking up the Karma membership at this time, we will happily seek Joe out and buy from him in the future. All in all, the characteristics that Joe displays are so refreshing within the sales industry.

We had such a superb few days here this week . My friend and I met up to celebrate our birthdays as we live far away from each other . The staff here could not have been more friendly or helpful . Every member of staff wished us a happy birthday and the dining room table was decorated for us, with a complimentary glass of prosecco each . We had a fabulous time with staff offering advice on places to go and things to see in the area . The room was good - it's a beautiful old building with a great history that karma are keen to share with you . Some of the steps were a little tricky but there are handrails everywhere as no lift ( which would definitely not be in keeping with the renovations they have done here . Fantastic building , super staff and an amazing stay - thank you !
