I had booked for a regular massage. But I found it quite painful due to having fibromyalgia. My therapist Dr. Rosna recommend I try the potli (poultice) massage. She found I had inflammation all over and told me it helps remove it. I decided to trust her knowledge and expertise and agreed. It was the best thing I ever did (therapy wise). A hot herbal poultice was smacked on my skin in rapid movements. It was incredibly relaxing and despite the light beating I was getting, I felt I could easily fall asleep. Rosna is entirely dedicated to helping her clients feel better. I don’t think I could’ve asked for a better therapist. May Allah bless her with good health, and a long happy healthy life. Already looking forward to going back again in sha Allah.

I was suffering from frozen shoulder and inflammation in all over my body.I did consultation with doctor Roshna and she suggested me a treatment and some herbal medicine and some food diet for my condition. I have been taking treatment since 2 months and I am feeling extremely well and I am happy that I have made decision to go to karma centre, special thanks to doctor .she is very friendly and lovely! And she is having full of knowledge about Ayurveda🙏🏼 I strongly recommend to anyone who is going through menopause or arthritis .

Upon booking I made it clear I was looking for a deep tissue massage; to which the owner assured me they do offer. However, as soon as my massage began I could tell it was not a deep tissue massage. I did not want to be rash so I gave the masseuse a chance, however, even having asked many times if she could apply a little more pressure, she did not. I have had MANY Ayurvedic massages around the world before so I know what a typical massage should be like. There was no technique, the room was cold, and my body was dripping in excess amounts of oil. If you don't have a masseuse that can accommodate to a customer's needs, it's better just to say so over the phone, rather than lie and waste their time and money and then blame them for not enjoying the treatment. The owner Mary, literally could not have cared less when I told her I was unhappy with my treatment. Instead she took it upon herself to say there was a problem with my mother and I and that we should get ourselves checked out. Interestingly, my doctor has never made such a diagnosis. She also claimed deep tissue massages would break her therapists' hands so what I was saying was invalid. Not sure what was worse; her rude and bitter customer service or the massage? I left feeling more stressed and tense, so it's safe to say I will not be returning. I would give 0 stars if I could. My only advice would be to do your research before going, as £45 for a massage is a lot of money...money which I felt went down the bin.
