Brilliant service. After an issue with an SVS PC2000 (not purchased through Karma) I contacted SVS in the states who were absolutely brilliant and they agreed to replace my PC2000 AMP for free despite being in the UK. I contacted SVS on the Saturday and by the Wednesday Karma had already sent me a replacement. I haven't dealt with Karma directly but the whole process from start to finish shows just how brilliant SVS are as a business and Karma clearly played their part in delivering an amazing customer service experience. Highly recommended.
