Karlsson Installations did an excellent job of boarding and insulating my loft. From start to finish it was a really positive experience . Their customer service and communication is second to none . Super efficient, friendly and professional , James and Craig inspired total confidence. Nothing was too much trouble and they were really flexible and accommodating . I couldn’t believe how easy the whole process was , with so little disruption and no mess . The quality of their work is superb and I feel I got really good value for money. Before we contacted Karlsson Installs, we were absolutely freezing in our home that we have purchased. We had Lee and his team come over initially for a survey of our loft, which was in a really bad way, However it was not too big of a job for them, as they managed to clean out our entire loft with the old insulation, including the ex owners Possessions which had been up there for years rotting away, and cleaned, hoovered up all the old, and laid brand new insulation, along with covering up our roof tiles on the inside to ensure no debris or anything comes onto the new insulation that’s been laid. Within 24 hours we’ve already felt the difference and for sure, will save us hundreds in time to come. We are also going to be using their services again to install a PIV unit In our loft to help with condensation within our property during the winter months. If you are unsure on who to choose from our personal experience we recommend them for the overall package of quality & price. Service: Fan installation

He and his team were very efficient and got the job completed within hours and there was not a scrap of mess left afterwards. It was great to see how much pride they take in their work too which is very reassuring. We are delighted with the job they have done and we can feel the benefits of the new insulation already. After having nothing but disappointment from my local installation companies, I was recommended Karlsson’s through a friend and it was 100% worth the wait. They travelled down to Blackpool to refit my lost installation and I cannot praise them enough for the job they have done. Getting a quote was so simple and they were really friendly too, which goes a long way with a business as bad attitude (which is exactly what I got from my local companies) doesn’t get you anywhere! When it came to the day of fitting, which I wasn’t left waiting long, they were extremely thorough and went above and beyond, so much so they even cleaned up after themselves and yet I stood there waiting with the Hoover to clear up after them, normally like I do after my husbands attempted DIY because typical men leave an absolute tip behind them, but not these guys! My son has severe autism and they made him feel calm and at ease too which I couldn’t praise them enough for. Now my home is finally warm and I can feel the benefit of my heating. I don’t even need to have it on for long, which in this day of cost of living crisis is really amazing and means I am saving on my bills too, by A LOT! Overall, if you want the job doing properly, I would highly recommend Karlsson’s. No job too big or small, polite, friendly, go above and beyond.
