    I thought very highly of KF Autos and took both of my cars there for service/repairs/diagnostics. But no more. They serviced my car and replaced two front wiper blades (Bosch). The drivers side blade broke after only 6 weeks (part is les than £10) and when I called to get it replaced, I was told as it’s a “consumable” product, they can’t replace. I asked them to check with their supplier and call me back as I can’t use the car in the rain now. They promised me a call last Friday within half an hour. It’s now a week later and they can’t be bothered to contact me. Such a poor, disappointing and disrespectful service. They’ve lost me as a customer over a £10 blade. Absolute nuts. What if the part was £100 or £1000 and they said they can’t replace it once I’ve driven away! Avoid this garage! Service: Auto maintenance

    Invoice No. 4183 I required a DPF clean on a Jaguar E-pace on the 16/11/22. I was charged £288 in total. £60 for a Diagnosis, £80 for a Dynamic Regeneration & £100 for a "System Update" plus vat. On the 27/12/22 after only 1205miles the DPF light came back on meaning the above charged services were not satisfactory. I rang the Garage on the 03/01/23 & received a frosty welcome. Due this I spoke with alternative Carbon Cleaning company's that informed me that they have never heard of a "System Update" & any updates are usually free! I spoke with the manufacturer to confirm this. It would appear that I have been charged for a service that possibly did not exist!. I made a formal complaint in writing to the Garage on 09/01/23 which they received on 10/01/23 (Royal Mail tracking ID:NE868096445GB). It took until the 14/01/23 to receive a call from the Garage. Unfortunately as a formal complaint had been made a phone call was not suitable to deal with the complaint as I needed a written response detailing what a "System Update" was & proof it was carried out. 7 days have passed & the Garage has not answered or provided any written response to my complaint made. A charge has been incurred with no explanation! Customer Service is very poor! Definitely a Garage to avoid!
