Karisa are a lovely company to work for, I have been with them since May and have always been kept busy so I never have to worry about not working enough hours. Karisa know their staff and where they are suited to work ensuring both staff and services are satisfied. Dave and Paige keep intouch and have their staff's best interests at heart and I have to say it is a pleasure to work for them.

Yeah, about this agency, I will write a situation. They have an app, and in that app you will see they pay you some money and after you confirm your shifts they tell you a different pay rate. And when you ask them, they gonna tell you that the big rate (let's say 30 or 40£) was for the full shift (12h). What a joke agency. Run away from this agency.

I worked for Karisa when it was 24/7 Professional Health. It was my first agency and they got me loads of shifts. It was a shame though, that when the pandemic hit, I was being forced into work by my then-shift manager, being told if I didn't travel hours out of my way (seven round bus trip to be precise) I wouldn't get the shifts I enjoy and I would be badgered by texts at 2am to pick up a shift at 7.30am. They taught me a lot about professionalism - they also got me working in a sector that I'm happily working in 18 months later. Definitely glad I left them after hearing negative comments from agency workers I come across.

They are a great agency to work for and would recommend them to anyone . I have been with them for about 8 weeks and I have done work in some great places and I would always go back as I enjoyed it so much .staff are helpful if you have a problem and they always phone back when they say they will .
