They were closed on the two days after the bank holiday weekend and weren't accepting prescription requests. They also closed earlier than they were meant to on the Monday. This isn't a customer service line, it's an NHS service providing medication to those who need it. If you can't reliably stay open, you need to work out how to.

Absolute worse, incompetent doctor, she had to look in medical journal to prescribe a cream which can be bought over counter without prescription. Rather than listening to my issue, she seems rather irritated, even after I told her I am having same issues for over a year. No different than going to pharmacy.

It is so disappointing that the receptionist did not care about the problems that treat the patient had. I needed to talk about my medical problems with the doctor to be sure about my medical health as I was stressed about something and the receptionist did not care about my concern and cancelled my next appointment instead. I feel that they do not care about my feeling and health which is their responsibility indeed.

I have been really impressed with Karis medical centre. Every GP that I have had has been really thorough and I love that you can pick telephone or face to face appointments. People tend to mark doctors surgeries down on reviews but we don’t know all the hurdles they have to face working for the NHS with this government. Things cannot be perfect but Karis does it’s very best and I could not be more grateful.
