I did my quantum touch Level 1 workshop with Karina last week. It was an incredible experience and Karina is lovely and a wonderful teacher. I was originally disappointed that it would be a zoom workshop as I had wanted to do face-to-face, and intended to do face-to-face for any future workshops, however I do not feel as if the workshop being over zoom took away from the experience at all and am now happy to do all future workshops over zoom as it is much more convenient. I would highly recommend the course, and Karina as a teacher.

I am so glad I did Karina's Quantum Touch Level 1 workshop, where I learned about running energy through my body, and that doing it to help others is not meant to be a sacrifice or chore but can be done with ease and joy. As I practice letting the creative part of me express herself and have fun employing her love and imagination, being invited to give with all her heart and soul, this feels like the only thing I ever want to do! No wonder my energy levels are up, I feel refreshed, and there is a new sense of purpose and joy in my life. Even playing music with my friend yesterday felt intensely enjoyable because I was more present and more feeling. I agree with those who say QT makes you softer, more loving in your everyday life. Apart form that, already after the first practice session where we were balancing hips I felt an improvement and loosening of my back muscles, getting back to the joy of movement I used to know. I believe this is just the beginning of recovery for my scoliosis and a return to my natural flexibility - I am sure about it.

I have just completed Quantum Touch Self Created Health workshop with Karina, and I have to say, this is incredibly powerful. This is my 4th workshop with Karina and all of them have been amazing and powerful in different ways. Karina is a wonderful teacher, so it’s very easy to understand and learn with her. Self Created Health is quite different from the other QT workshops, as it is aimed at self healing rather than using energy to help heal others. I have done many years of inner work and therapy, and I am very aware of my patterns and where they come from. So I was quite surprised at what was revealed for me, it was not what I had expected! And more insights keep dropping in every day. Things I don’t have conscious issues with now, so have forgotten them, but at the time, they were quite traumatic. But it’s not enough to know; but essential to know how to release these energy blocks that cause the emotional pain and physical conditions. This method is so unique and genius, it not only gets to the exact event that caused the energy to get stuck, but gives the tools to release it, which allows our life force energy to flow and the body to heal. Thank you, Richard Gordon, for painstakingly creating this method, and thank you Karina, for your excellent guidance to learn it. It’s a valuable tool that can transform anyone’s life. If you can’t attend a workshop, then I highly recommend working with Karina personally, the healing is profound!
