Just tried the Cuban mojo sauce, in a prawn stir fry. Absolutely delicious, a perfect fusion of lime, chilli and tomato with garlic etc. I will definitely buy another bottle of this.

I saw these guys at the chilli and gin festival in may, and they instantly caught my attention. The effort in their product imagery and logo was impressive, and when I tried their various chilli jams, I was amazed. The Naga orange chilli jam was so hot, but it complimented the flavour, rather than overwhelming you with heat. The lovely lady told me that the pineapple piri piri chilli jam is great with cheese on toast, so I had to try it for myself. All I have to say is WOW, cheese on toast has been transformed by pineapple piri piri chilli jam, it’s incredible! If you haven’t tried any of their products, you need to, I have ordered myself two more jars of chilli jam, I can’t get enough of it. Keep up the amazing work guys 😁

Despite the very careful packaging one jar arrived damaged. They responded to my request for a replacement within 24 hours (over the weekend I add), and the replacement jar has already arrived. Got two chutneys in a VeryMe rewards situation and although the tomato wasn't to my taste, the tamarind chutney was amazing!! The tamarind had the right amount of kick and was very palatable on its own or with the suggested mix with mayo on the package (which was splendid)

A really wide and diverse range of products for anyone interested in world cookery. I would especially recommend the tomato chutney, which I have got through metric tonnes of, with either a curry or just cheese and crackers. The range of ready made soup pastes, marinades and sauces also make cooking what would otherwise be time consuming and labour intensive meals a breeze. The curry pastes, like Vindaloo or Buryani are also great as a base for root vegetable soups like carrot, squash or pumpkin. Overall, I could not recommend these products enough, happy cooking!

My relishes arrived very promptly. I have had them with various dishes as a relish and adding them to recipes to give a bit more body, and I have not been disappointed. Would definitely recommend the Tomato Chutney as it goes well with bacon sandwiches. Tamarind was added to a pork casserole.
