I had decided to get some cosmetic work done last year and after doing a lot of research I had thought Karidis would be able to help. I wanted Fillers, Botox and something to lift, firm and remove sun pigmentation from my face. Unfortunately I was left very disappointed when I met with Romy Disler, one of the Nurse Practitioners. She came across as not particularly interested in treating me and she actually recommended I go to Dr Johanna Ward or Dr Joanna Cristou at the Cosmetic Skin Cinic (under Dr Tracey Mountford) because of the colour of my skin (I am brown), stating that Karidis are not particularly progressive and don't have lasers that treat my skin colour! Pretty crazy in this day and age. I had to chase Romy up a few days after my consultation as I still hadn't received the costs for Botox and Fillers. Just felt like they couldn't care less about my business. Anyhow, I wouldn't recommend this place for non-invasive cosmetic treatment if you are a person of colour.

I recently underwent surgery with Mr Alex Karidis and I’m thrilled with the results. From my initial consultation he really put me at ease and answered any concerns I had. Their clinic is welcoming and a lovely environment and it really feels like a wonderful small team. From the moment I arrived at the ward on the day of my surgery I felt incredibly well looked after by both Alex and nurse Stevie. My recovery was quick which was helped by Stevie always only a call away no matter what time of the day or night! The results have exceeded my expectations and I would highly recommend the Karidis clinic.

After many years of disliking my nose, I finally decided to take the plunge and book in for a consultation. I did some research over the years and decided to chose Mr Karidis. I went on a couple of recommendations, as well as knowing his fantastic reputation! Mr Karidis has an amazing aura about him, immediately making me feel calm and confident with my decision . I received an email from his clinic the same evening and booked in for 4 weeks later! His nurse Stevie was brilliant with all the communication and care she provided. I LOVE LOVE LOVE my natural new nose, the clinic have been INCREDIBLE, as well as the St John’s and Elizabeth Hospital team. I have healed amazingly, returned to work on the 9th day after surgery, with no bruising. The recovery has been phenomenal. BEST decision ever.
