My experience with this company was the worst experience in my life when it comes to ride pick-up. i was told to provide my flight booking confirmation number to enable them track the flight incase of delay which i did but they never tracked any flight because my flight to Heathrow airport on the 6/10/2021 was delayed for over 45 minute and when we landed the passport control and baggage claim was so slow and passengers were much which makes it take a longer time at the security screening, before i could get cleared at the passport control and pick-up my baggage and come to meet the ride i paid for, the driver has gone without picking me. who dose that, at least the driver should have asked question about the arrival of the flight and how long it's going to take for people to get cleared or better still, the driver should have waited for me and request for extra amount for the delay which wasn't even cause by me. i ended up picking another taxi in the airport which cost me #109 pounds from the airport to my hotel. This service is really poor. They give you cancellation charges even though you have paid a cab fare and they will not refund your cancellation charge. If you pre book your driver will arrive an hour early which has happened on 2 seperate occasions. I will not be using Karhoo again and will continue using Uber.
