Well! What can I say. Went into this store. First time ever in my life that I felt discrimination. Ordered some flowers given higher price than 2 weeks ago. Returned to make a polite comment about how I felt regarding poor service and stand offish staff. They completely mishandled the situation said they had zero tolerance and I was rude to staff ( laughable if you know me - like calling Bambi a mass murderer) Said they had cctv - like really??. They then cancelled the order and refunded - I guess to avoid the embarrassment. I NEVER give bad reviews but then have never ever experienced racism......

Having found Karen Woolven, I found the welcome to be warm, friendly and attentive by the staff, the quality of the flowers was very good and the prompt turnaround of the bouquet request for a special surprise surpassed my expectations, offering value for money, a pleasant fragrance and an array of colours and a good variety of different flowers. Having read the reveiws for this florist, my husband ordered a bouquet to be delivered to our daughter. However, the picture she sent was not the picture advertised. I was very disappointed with it, hardley any flowers and too much foliage . Although they were delivered on time. London prices for London quality????

I contacted Karen Woolven Flowers in desperation, after being very let down by Interflora with whom I had booked a floral delivery two weeks prior for a funeral ( I was informed that Interflora could not complete the delivery due to their appointed agent getting COVID, but they made no attempt to find another way of delivering the flowers!) I spoke with Karen personally, with less than 24 hours remaining to get the delivery made. This lady got straight into it for me and had the flowers delivered within a couple of hours from the time of our phone call! I recommend Karen Woolven Flowers very highly to anyone who wants a fast, friendly and efficient service! Thank you Karen, I am very grateful for all of your help! Andy Fox.
