Bought bracelet for wife, didn't fit. Would not give money back despite staying it had to when I bought it. Avoid like plague. Nothing was replaced there was an extortionate offer of another bracelet at considerably more money, as the first bracelet was not fit for purpose we refused to be ripped off twice and left the shop.

My partner and I came in to have a look at engagement rings and fell inlove with one! The staff were SO friendly and helpful, never pushy and even didn’t mind us coming back in 3 times within the space of a couple of hours 😂 we left with the most beautiful ring ever! I’m so happy with it, and would recommend to anyone! Super welcoming vibe in there as well! Thanks so much guys

*Review about bespoke setting. I went with photo examples and website links very clear to rework an antique necklace my husband bought me for Christmas. When first served the woman was demeaning and rude. Which was a sign I should have left. I asked for a rendering or drawing before work began this was not an option. Once returned 4 months later, it was clear there was no attention to detail, did not follow as asked. The gold post was bent and looked cobbled together with poor workmanship. This was then rectified. It took another month to get it back and still was not exactly as requested the setting was incorrect. I will be taking this elsewhere in order to be finished. Do not recommend for bespoke pieces only repairs.
