She was able to provide us with lots of ideas and suggestions and helped us navigate through difficult decisions and our (as clients) differing tastes. She has a great style which she very capably carried through to execution. Karen is also technically very good and guided us through aspects of our project such as electrical plans and technical drawings of bathrooms. In addition to providing a great service on the job Karen has been incredibly helpful and responsive on follow up items over a year after finishing the job.
