I was recommended by an avid follower of Karen, my hairdressers assistant Ruby. She said that the results would look naturel but I was apprehensive. I made the call. From the initial call with a very knowledgeable telephonist who talked me through the process to the actual treatment and follow up was 10 stars all the way. I met Karen when I had the treatment and she was lovely and so professional whist putting me at ease. I am so pleased with the results and Karen was genuinly superb. For the first time in my life I have naturel looking full eyebrows., I knew I was in safe hands , she even managed to get me a signed book from on of my chef heros and inspiration for my 11 stone weight loss, it was such a nice thing to do. The microblading was done well but I wasn’t made aware of the possibility of after discolouration. My eyebrows now exist as an orange shadow and it’s impossible to make them look good day to day. I spoke to Karen Betts and every time they tried to improve them it got more pronounced. I am obviously now aware that this is a risk when having microblading but everyone should be made aware beforehand. Four years since initial treatment and it looks worse than ever. £595 so not a cheap treatment. i feel like it has changed my face negatively forever. Service: Microblading

The initial team who booked the appointment were efficient and friendly. Upon arriving at KBP, I wasn’t greeted by anyone and there was clear disorganisation. They initially couldn’t find my booking which doesn’t give you a good first impression or provide confidence. I had to show my text message confirmation before they found my appointment details. I went for HD brows but I was better off with a microblading service for what I had in mind. There was a woman with short red-ish hair who was rude and arrogant even though it seemed she was a manager or more senior. She shouldn’t represent the brand if so. Therapist Naomi however was professional, friendly and a credit to the company. If it was based on her only, I would have given 5*. Since it was an overall impression, I’m giving 3.
