Really disappointed with the service. I was told that one of my dresses had been given to the wrong customer who was now overseas and not responding to calls/messages. The dress was quite expensive and only worn a couple of times and although I have been compensated 75% of the original cost, I cannot replace it unfortunately. The attitude I seemed to get from management was that because it was an accident and I’ve been paid a portion, they were really the only ones who had lost out. As I’ve said in person, i would still prefer to have the dress so I am happy to return the compensation and remove this review if you do manage to find and return it. Two stars because the rest of my items that I did actually get back were cleaned great.
