Had a really good experience here, big shout out to Johnny who helped diagnose my issue originally on the phone, with My K4, before being really helpful instore when i brought it in, and picked it up fully working. A follow up call for a totally separate issue afterwards was also dealt with by Johnny who deffo knows his stuff and takes time to explain. Great Karcher store also, thanks!
