A very satisfying meal. I have never been to Xinjiang myself, but this restaurant realizes all my imagination about Xinjiang food. I forgot to take pictures of the lamb skewers but they are superb - tender, juicy and full of flavor. Ding ding fried noodle is a special kind of noodle in Xinjiang. It is served with assorted vegetables and sliced beef, with a sweet and sour flavor. Lamb shank on rice is our favorite dish tonight. It comes with a full lamb shank and the meat easily falls off the bone. The rice has absorbed all the flavors from the lamb, with a hint of sweetness from the carrots. Fried chicken with nang (bead) is not as spicy as it looks, which is perfect for me (I'm not great at spicy food). Both the chicken and the nang have very crispy skins. The nang is even more delicious than chicken! All dishes come in big portions. You should visit when you're starving and craving for meat!
