Sent me an invite to promote their iftar box which they hesitated on sending out, invited me down for iftar and collect boxes, I said they are far away but then arranged to travel down but they refused. very unprofessional behaviour. claim to say they want their business to be halal income erm ok but you reached out to me not the other way round and you also didnt send out boxes as you had promised lol!!! POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND RUDE STAFF ON THE PHONE! They’re reply below mine is a total lie they never tried to accommodate me despite my call and message back to them! DONT WORRY I ALSO HAVE SCREENSHOTS OF EVERYTHING….
