Excellent customer service. Staff are always friendly, informative and willing to help in any way they can. Huge range of vapes and juices at good prices. Won't be going to another vape shop. Haven't used the barber's yet but my husband is going to when he next needs a cut. Fab little shop.

Stay clear, extremely unprofessional and rude lady on the phone. Ordered liquids for delivery around 5 pm on certain day. Was not delivered on time. Sent a message to their advertised whats app number around 6, no response. Oh by the way payment was taken from my card, so they had my money for free all along. No response next day either, so called them around 3 pm the next day, no apologies offered and her excuse was that she had told me they would deliver ASAP!!!!! Not to mention the rudeness. So either they have a problem with my accent or steal from others by not delivering until chased. Eventually delivered around 6 pm. If you take my money and don’t communicate with me regarding delivery it is theft until delivered.

Popped in for a haircut today and it was quick, efficient and friendly. Shop looks great with a nice chilled atmosphere. In my opinion the key to a good cut is understanding what you want as opposed to some that give you what they think you want. Here is was as it should be, what I wanted.
