I try to get admission for CIMA at kaplan. I sent them my admission form along with the payment voucher from my employer i.e my employer will pay 95% of my fees. I asked them to process that amount and once my employer paid it I'll pay the rest fees on same day. I have explained this so many times. I contacted them 5 to 6 times and every time a new adviser come up with a new story. I request them to speak the previous one they denied it and make me moves into circles. And when I said I don't want anymore to join kaplan they didn't bother to rectify their fault but they were happily let me go to another college. They don't value the students. Because of their unprofessional way of dealing with the students I have decided to switch my college.
