I have now used kaos sk8 twice and I cannot recommend this store enough. The customer service is absolutely outstanding and nothing is too much bother. I have dealt with Callum both times now and I won’t go anywhere else. My daughters skates badly needed sharpened and he did them there and then, and the knowledge he has on the products he sells is fantastic. Thank you so much for a great shopping experience!

Travelled several hours to get to Kaos. It was well worth the journey. Went to get measured for ice skates. Brilliant customer service. My feet were measured and I was given a choice of ice skates, then they got delivered to my address. I love my new ice skates. Kaos is such a cool shop, also sells scooters, roller skates and some bikes.

My little one had been saving up his pocket money for a few months to buy a new scooter.bevery week he would pop in to remind himself what he was saving for and the young lad who owns the shop was just brilliant with him. He gave him a few stickers and a keyring to encourage him to keep going and that's exactly what he did. we popped in last week to finally buy the wee ones scooter and again the service was superb. Some stores might have been a bit disinterested in the customer not buying today but this young lad has now gained a future customer in us and I can't recommend him highly enough.
