Absolutely fantastic service!! We were let down last minute by another company and Peter came to the rescue. Despite it being his day off and the fact that he was on his way to visit his mother, he supplied us with a castle and was at the venue within 45 minutes of me ringing him! Honestly cannot recommend this company enough! Lovely guy, fantastic service and he saved the day for us! What a star!! Would definitely use Kangaroo Jacks again!!!

Have never gone out of my way to write a review on a company but this man left me no choice. From the first phone call he was mentioning "asians" and how they do "their" parties. He then turns up with a different bouncy castle to what I hired because of damage, to which I understood but when questioned about compensation he was just so rude, with no remorse, again started generalising all Asian customers not even knowing in fact that I am arab. That was not only it, upon collection he literally just walked in to my garden without any greeting or telling us he is here and just deflated the bouncy castle. Rudely shoving our garden furniture out the way. on Facebook you can see no diversity in his customer reviews. I can understand why!!! Please stay away if you are of minority ethnicity.
